1. 자동차의 현주소

   자동차가 전기. 전자기술을 많이 응용하므로 부품을 교환 또는 수리하는 하드웨어 정비방식에는 한계가 있습니다.

즉 자동차 동작을 순수한 기계식제어방식으로 만들 때는 고장 발견이 용이 하였지만 전기와 데이터를 이용하는 자동차는 전기와 데이터의 원리와 용도를 잘 모르면 고치기가 거의 불가능합니다.

2. 신 정비방식의 필요성

   따라서, 전기. 전자를 이용한 새로운 정비방식(VAD :Voltage Adjusting Device)을 소개하고자 합니다.

자동차는 ECU가 만드는 데이터에 의해 동작에 통제를 받습니다.

예를 들어 시동을 걸때는 가속페달에서 기본적인 데이터가 ECU로 들어가야 시동이 걸리고 또한 가속페달의 데이터가 변해야만 엔진출력이 가변되는 방식으로 전 세계 자동차의 공통된 구조와 동작원리입니다.

그러므로 가속페달의 전기적 특성에 문제가 생기면 부품들에 하자가 없어도 자동차는 정상적인 동작을 못합니다.

3. VAD제품 역할

    VAD제품을 가속페달센서(APS :Accelerator Position Sensor)에 장착시켜 APS가 ECU로 공급하는 시동 및 RPM데이터를 전자적으로 치유(교정)시켜 고장을 고친 후 성능을 개선시키는 유일한 소프트웨어(SW) 정비기술입니다.

4. 효능

    ECU가 장착된 모든 차(오토바이 포함)는 VAD장착이 가능하며, 효과로는

 가. 성능을 개선시킨다.

      * 성능 : 시동성, 출력, 진동, 소음, 노킹, 변속충격, 부조 등을 총칭함

 나. 내연기관차는 연비와 배출가스를 개선시킨다.

 다. 시동꺼짐과 오동작을 방지한다.

1. the current address of a car

   Because automobiles apply a lot of electric and electronic technology, there is a limit to the hardware maintenance method of replacing or repairing parts.

In other words, it was easy to detect failures when making car behavior purely mechanical control, but cars using electricity and data are almost impossible to fix without knowing the principles and uses of electricity and data.

2. Necessity of New Maintenance Method

    Therefore, I would like to introduce a new VAD (Voltage Adjusting Device) using electricity and electrons.

The car is controlled by the data created by the ECU.

For example, it is a common structure and operating principle of automobiles around the world in a way that basic data needs to be entered into the ECU in the accelerator pedal and engine power varies only when the data of the accelerator pedal changes.

Therefore, if there is a problem with the electrical characteristics of the accelerator pedal, the car cannot operate normally even if there are no defects in the parts.

3. VAD Product Role

    It is the only software (SW) maintenance technology that installs the VAD product into the Accelerator Position Sensor (APS) to electronically heal (calibrate) the startup and RPM data supplied by the APS to the ECU to improve performance after fixing the failure.
