영국 주재 한국의 KOTRA로부터 귀사를 소개 받고 인사를 드린다.

1. 자동차 문제점의 현주소

   자동차 ECU 5V전원이 전기적으로는 비- 접지로 동작하고 있다.

자동차의 전기접지를 토목과 건축에 비유하면 동력전기(12V/24V)접지는 토목의 지반(땅)에 해당하고 ECU 5V접지는 건축의 주축 돌에 해당한다.

그래서 모터파워회사가 30년간 이러한 중차대한 결점을 발견하여 보완하는 VAD제품을 연구 개발하면서 대한민국 자동차계통 기관, 학교, 전문가들에게 물어 보았지만 답해주는 사람이 없다는 것이다.

혹시 영국은 이런 문제를 알고 있는지 묻고 싶다.

2. 문제점

    ECU 5V전원이 전기적으로 비-접지로 동작한다는 것은 주축 돌 없이 건축을 짓는 것과 다를 바 없으므로 5V를 사용하는 ECU와 각종센서들이 만드는 전기신호(데이터)들이 불안정하게 생성되고 전송되는 과정에 전기적인 트러블이 생겨 예상치도 못하는 여러가지 문제들이 발생하고 있다. 그래서

      * 전기적인 문제를 기계적으로 수리하거나

      * 연비와 배출가스를 부품으로만 개선하려고 하고 있으며

      * 운전 중에 시동꺼짐이 발생해도 원인을 발견하지 못하고 있고

      * 자동차(내연기관차, 전기차 등)에서 전기적인 트러블로 발생하는 급발진증상 등의 문제를 운전과실로 치부하는 모순된 문제점들이 토착화되어 있다고 본다. 

이러한 현상은 전기. 전자제어기술이 기계분야 만큼 인식과 토양이 체계화 되지 않았기 때문이다.

그리고 전 세계가 탄소배출량을 줄이려고 내연기관차 생산을 점진적으로 줄인다고 하지만 이미 판매된 차들의 수량을 조절하기는 너무 많은 시간이 필요하다고 본다.

3. 문제점 해결 방안

  이처럼 자동차의 전기적인 문제를 개선하려면 ECU 5V의 마이너스(-)를 전기적으로 접지화 해주는 VAD제품을 모든 자동차에 장착해주어야 하며 현재는 전기차에도 적용이 가능한 8세대 VAD제품으로 업그레이드 되어 있다.

본제품은 2003년에 한국과 미국특허를 획득하였고 2008년도에는 영국VCA기관에서 매연저감장치로 전자파장애시험까지 받았다.

따라서 VAD제품을 기존 자동차에 장착하면

     * IT기술로도 자동차고장 수리가 가능하며

     * 내연기관차들의 배출가스와 연비를 획기적으로 개선하고

     * 원인도 모르는 시동꺼짐과 급발진 증상을 미연에 방지 할 수 있다.

그러므로 내연기관차에서 발생하는 탄소를 획기적으로 줄이고 전기적 트러블로 인하여 발생하는 자동차의 오동작을 방지하여 인명사고를 미연에 예방 할 수 있는 IT제품을 소개하고자 한다.

I am introducing your company to you from Korea's KOTRA in the UK.

1. Current status of automobile problems

   The automobile ECU 5V power supply is electrically non-grounded.

If the electric ground of a vehicle is compared to civil engineering and architecture, the power electric (12V/24V) ground corresponds to the ground (land) of civil engineering, and the ECU 5V ground corresponds to the main stone of architecture.

That's why MOTORPOWER Company has been researching and developing VAD products that have found and compensated for these serious defects for 30 years, and asked Korean automobile system institutions, schools, and experts, but no one answers.

I would like to ask if the UK is aware of this problem.

2. Problems

   The fact that ECU 5V power is electrically non-grounded is no different from building without a main spindle stone, so there are various unexpected problems due to electrical problems in the process of unstable generation and transmission of electrical signals (data) made by ECU and various sensors using 5V. so

     * We can repair electrical problems mechanically

     * We're trying to improve fuel efficiency and emissions only with parts

     * Even if the engine fails while driving, the cause is not found

     * It is believed that contradictory problems that dismiss problems such as sudden onset symptoms caused by electrical problems in automobiles (internal combustion locomotives, electric vehicles, etc.) as driving negligence are indigenous.

This phenomenon is electricity. This is because electronic control technology is not as systematic in recognition and soil as in the machine field.

And even though the world is gradually reducing production of internal combustion engines to reduce carbon emissions, I think it takes too much time to control the number of cars already sold.

3. Problem Solving Measures

    In order to improve the electrical problem of automobiles, VAD products that electrically ground the negative (-) of ECU 5V must be installed in all cars, and are currently upgraded to 8th generation VAD products that can be applied to electric vehicles.

This product obtained Korean and U.S. patents in 2003 and even received electromagnetic disturbance tests with a smoke reduction device at a British VCA institution in 2008.

So, if you install VAD products on existing cars,

     * IT technology can repair car failures

     * It dramatically improves emissions and fuel efficiency of internal combustion engines

     * It can prevent symptoms of ignition failure and sudden rash without knowing the cause.

Therefore, I would like to introduce an IT product that can prevent human accidents by drastically reducing carbon generated in internal combustion locomotives and preventing malfunction of cars caused by electrical problems.
